  • RLN by Pos Indonesia: start from $10, estimated time 2-6 weeks.

4. Europe

Note:

  • For other destination that is not available in the store, the only shipping option available is POS EXPOR by Pos Indonesia & DHL, please contact me first to discuss the pricing.
  • We can not send it to PO Box.
  • Always give us a contactable email and phone number so the courier can contact you.
  • Any additional fees/VAT/import taxes imposed by customs of the customer’s country are not within our responsibility and customers are required to pay for them themselves.

Return & Refund Policy

All items sold are considered final sales. Returns are accepted within 3 days after the package arrived. I do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

Please make an unboxing video to make the damage claim process easier with the courier.

You can choose one of these two options for each case.

1. Returned Package

  • Reshipping: You are required to pay the shipping fee again.

  • Refund: Only for the product price, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

2. Lost Package

  • Reshipping: We can send free replacements if the products are still available, but you are required to pay the shipping fee.

  • Refund: Only for the product price, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

3. Damaged due to Courier Service

  • Reshipping: We can send free replacements if the products are still available, but you are required to pay the shipping fee.

  • Refund: We will refund half the price of the damaged product.

Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
